HR with FX experience and mandatory to speak Turkish and English. (Must have 2 years experience and up).

Job Location: Istanbul, Turkije

Working Hours: 05-14

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of materials and orientation sessions.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Performance management processes and tracking employee evaluations.

Support payroll administration tasks, including data entry and timekeeping validation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.



Qualifications:

HR with FX experience and mandatory to speak Turkish and English. (Must have 2 years experience and up).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
