Job Title: French Retention Agent

Location: Marbella, Spain

• Engage with French-speaking clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop effective retention strategies.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and tailor retention efforts accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Proven previous experience in the FX industry is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
