Job Title: Head of Affiliate Marketing

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead our affiliate program and drive its success. This key leadership role will focus on building and managing a high-performing affiliate network, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Program Management
   • Develop, implement, and oversee the overall affiliate marketing strategy.
   • Identify, recruit, and negotiate with high-performing affiliates and partners to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
   • Foster and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, individual affiliates, and key stakeholders.
2. Performance Optimization
   • Analyze campaign data to extract insights and optimize performance and profitability.
   • Develop innovative strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI through affiliate partnerships.
   • Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics, including KPIs and overall program success.
3. Strategic Planning
   • Create long-term strategies to expand the affiliate network and increase overall revenue.
   • Identify industry trends, insights, and emerging best practices to continuously improve the affiliate program.
   • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment of goals and maximize program impact.
4. Team Leadership
   • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of affiliate marketing managers and specialists.
   • Provide training, support, and guidance to enhance team performance and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in affiliate marketing, with a track record in leadership roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with an ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
