Job Overview:

Our client, a leading organization expanding its operations in Romania, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency in a dynamic environment. The position requires a proactive leader with a strong background in management and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Lead and mentor a team, promoting professional development and a positive work environment.

Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to enhance service delivery.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply for daily operations.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

Israeli National with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian is a plus.
