Position Overview:
As a Conversion or RetentionAgent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to retention and chargeback processes. You will work to resolve issues, retain customers, and minimize chargebacks through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, focusing on retention and chargeback issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and concerns, providing tailored solutions to retain customers and minimize chargebacks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and enhance processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Achieve individual and team targets related to retention rates and chargeback resolutions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in at least one of the required languages (Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, French, Spanish); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retention, or chargeback handling is highly desirable.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
