Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Spanish Speaking Conversion and Retention Agents to join our dynamic team in Manila. As a Conversion and Retention Agent, you will play a key role in engaging with our customers, promoting our services, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand. Your primary objective will be to convert potential customers and retain existing clients by providing excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat in Spanish to promote our products and services.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product knowledge.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive conversions and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
