We are looking for a Head of IT to oversee and optimise our technology operations across multiple offices. If youre excited about building robust IT systems, managing teams, and driving innovation, wed love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all offices, ensuring smooth IT operations, support, and infrastructure maintenance
Manage IT department shifts, coordinating coverage for critical hours
Document IT infrastructure (network diagrams, hardware inventories, configuration details)
Develop and manage onboarding/offboarding processes for all departments
Implement monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues quickly with minimal downtime
Evaluate and introduce a ticketing system to streamline support requests and incident tracking
Establish secure password management solutions
Design and test backup strategies and high availability (HA) solutions (ISP HA, Firewall HA, VPN HA)
Strengthen security in each office (firewall configurations, endpoint protection, etc.)
Implement an Access Control List (ACL) to clarify user privileges (standard user, admin, etc.)

Additional Responsibilities
Oversee virtualization environments (vSphere) to ensure performance, scalability, and security
Manage networking and firewalls (Mikrotik, Fortigate, VPNs) for reliable connectivity and cyber defenses
Set up and configure VPNs on Fortigate and Mikrotik, as well as open-source solutions (Pritunl, WireGuard)
Handle web and domain management (DNS, SSL certificates) and coordinate web development efforts
Open and manage new email tenants on Office 365, Gmail, or similar platforms
Maintain and optimize VoIP telephony solutions to ensure reliable and cost-effective communication
Integrate various CRM platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and systeminteroperability
Develop and control IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and maintain cost efficiency
Collaborate with leadership on strategic roadmapping, shaping IT initiatives to align with business goals

Requirements
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 in a leadership or management role
Proven expertise with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere)
Solid networking and security background (Mikrotik, Fortigate, firewall best practices, endpoint protection)
Strong experience setting up and managing VPNs (Fortigate, Mikrotik, Pritunl, WireGuard)
Hands-on experience managing VoIP telephony systems
Familiarity with provisioning and managing email tenants on Office 365, Gmail, or similar platforms
Excellent documentation skills, with a process-oriented mindset
Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams and shift schedules
Analytical thinker able to diagnose and resolve issues in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
