Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Croatian Retention Agent to join our team in Belgrade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer loyalty, retaining clients, and improving overall satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills in the Croatian language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing Croatian-speaking customers to address their concerns and provide solutions.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to recommend improvements to increase retention rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience and retention strategies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken); proficiency in Serbian is a plus.
• Previous experience in retention roles is mandatory. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
