Job Description: As a Multi-Language Conversion and Retention Agent, you will play a critical role in engaging with potential and existing clients, helping to convert prospects into long-term customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will assist clients in their preferred languages and work towards achieving our conversion and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, live chat) to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to existing customers to enhance retention.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in the customers language to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify customer issues and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in one or more of the required languages.
  • No prior experience in customer service or sales is necessary(Conversion); we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
