As a Retention Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations
- Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless and positive experience for clients

Qualifications:

- Fluency in German or French (written and spoken) is a must
