Job Summary:
We are looking for three dedicated Retention Specialists to help us retain top talent as we expand our team. You will play a crucial role in understanding employee needs and implementing strategies to enhance job satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify at-risk employees and develop strategies for retention.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention efforts.
• Collaborate with HR to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
• Provide support to employees by addressing concerns and inquiries related to their roles.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retention, HR, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
