Job Title: Experienced Dutch, French, English, German, Danish, Swedish Retention Agents

Location: Sunny Cyprus

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as ExperiencedDutch, French, English, German, Danish, Swedish Retention Agents. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining customer loyalty and minimizing churn by engaging with our clients and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with existing customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to understand their needs and concerns.

Proactively reach out to clients to provide support, build relationships, and offer solutions that enhance their experience.

Identify and address potential issues that may lead to customer attrition, working to resolve them effectively.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and quick resolution of inquiries.

Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for retention strategies and improvements.

Educate clients about our products and services, promoting features that align with their needs.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets as set by management.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Dutch, French, English, German, Danish, Swedish any other language is a plus

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a retention-focused role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Location Details:

• First 3 months will be dedicated to team building and training in our office in Cyprus.
• After the initial training period, you will relocate to Mauritius for an exciting work experience.
