CONVERSION AGENTS (DE) [ROMANIA]

Position: German Conversion Agent
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Salary: 2000/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM (includes three 10-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through various channels to convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Provide exceptional customer support in German to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German is a must; knowledge of English or Romanian is a plus.
• Sales experience is desirable but not mandatory; we welcome candidates willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
