Position Overview:

You will be responsible for converting leads into customers and retaining existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in one or more of the required languages and possess a robust understanding of sales and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to convert leads into sales.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
