Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced CRM Manager to join our team in Cyprus, focusing on the capital markets, specifically in the Forex sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy Development:

- Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored for the Forex market.

- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for improving client interactions.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Performance Monitoring:

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.

- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and satisfaction levels.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to create cohesive strategies that drive customer engagement.

- Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all communications adhere to regulatory standards.

Training and Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine CRM processes.

Campaign Management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in CRM management, preferably within the Forex or financial services sector.

Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
