Job Description: Team Leader - South Africa Desk
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary Range: 3000 - 5000 Euro
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team dedicated to the South Africa desk, providing guidance and support.
- Set goals and targets for the team to achieve in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client support.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop training programs and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex issues.
- Collaborate with senior management to report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a financial services or sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to coordinate team efforts.
- Sound decision-making skills and problem-solving acumen.
- Knowledge of South African market dynamics and customer preferences is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages like Afrikaans is a plus.
