Job Description: Team Leader - South Africa Desk

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary Range:
3000 - 5000 Euro

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise a team dedicated to the South Africa desk, providing guidance and support.
  2. Set goals and targets for the team to achieve in alignment with company objectives.
  3. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client support.
  5. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  6. Develop training programs and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  7. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex issues.
  8. Collaborate with senior management to report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a financial services or sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities to coordinate team efforts.
  • Sound decision-making skills and problem-solving acumen.
  • Knowledge of South African market dynamics and customer preferences is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages like Afrikaans is a plus.
