Position Overview:

The Conversion & Retention Agent will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty. You will be responsible for converting leads into customers and retaining existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in one or more of the required languages and possess a robust understanding of sales and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to convert leads into sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to track performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement effective retention strategies.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Conversion or Retention Agent, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in one or more required languages (Indian, Filipino, French, Malaysian, Japanese).
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
