Job Title: Conversion and Retention Agent

Position Summary:
We are looking for English Native speaking Conversion and Retention Agents with proven experience in client conversion and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, converting leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and convert leads into active clients.

Develop and implement effective retention strategies to maintain strong client relationships.

Monitor client activity and address any issues or concerns proactively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns for lead conversion.

Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve conversion and retention rates.

Qualifications:
Native English speaker (additional languages are a plus).

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a regulated broker environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a track record of success in conversion and retention.

Must be currently residing in Cyprus or willing to relocate at personal expense.
