Job Title: HR Assistant

Salary: 1500 Euro Gross

Position Summary:
The HR Assistant supports the HR department in various administrative and operational functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the human resources activities and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of materials and orientation sessions.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in performance management processes and tracking employee evaluations.
Support payroll administration tasks, including data entry and timekeeping validation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR assistant role is mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
