IT MANAGER [CYPRUS]

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with experience in the Forex Industry to oversee our organization's technology infrastructure and operations in Cyprus. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the IT team, ensuring data security, and implementing technology solutions that support our business objectives. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating zoom accounts, Emails.
2. Changing spam numbers and dealing w voips.
3. Dealing w RDPs , VPN , servers.
4. Fixing tech issues in offices on site Or via remote apps (any desk).
5. Supporting all offices to make sure they dont have issues w internet , VpN and rdps + setting all up for new users on their pcs.
6. Creating emails for more than 100 employees.
7. Creating zoom accounts.

Qualifications:

years of experience in IT management in the forex industry or a similar role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
