Job Title: Business Development Manager - LATAM

Location: MEXICO [Hybrid working model]

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) for LATAM will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while cultivating strong client relationships. The BDM will contribute to the company's revenue growth and overall success through strategic initiatives and a sustainable pipeline of high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets and align with strategic growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of prospects.
  • Maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Compliance) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete required training programs and enhance industry knowledge and skills continuously.
  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline status, client feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry expos and events, traveling as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of business development experience in the forex, financial services, or iGaming industries.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Native/Excellent proficiency in English (oral and written) is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and client feedback effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is considered an advantage.
