About the Role:

Are you a skilled leader in the FX industry with at least one year of experience? We're looking for a Recovery Team Leader to join our CA Desk in Tel Aviv. Whether you have an existing team or are an individual leader with recovery agents, this opportunity is designed for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop a team of recovery agents, bringing your own team or joining ours.
• Strategize and Execute: Craft and implement strategies to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients to resolve issues promptly.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze and track team performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address complex recovery cases with innovative solutions.
• Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a leadership role within the FX industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with late working hours and adaptable to change.
• Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
