Are you a proactive and skilled professional with a talent for nurturing existing customer relationships? We are seeking talented Retention Agents fluent in French, German, Norwegian, or Arabic to join our clients team in Limassol, Cyprus. In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving retention rates, and fostering loyalty among our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer retention or account management role, preferably within the forex or capital markets industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Fluency in French, German, Norwegian, or Arabic is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
