We are seeking dedicated Retention Agents for our Canadian Desk to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. The ideal candidates will communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Canadian customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Implement effective retention strategies to increase customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
