Job Description

Position: French Retention Manager - Forex/Capital Markets

Location: Serbia
Relocation Package: Available for the right candidate


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 retention agents.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Analyze retention metrics and report on results.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis related to trading behaviors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and the financial markets.
