Are you a dynamic individual with experience in the LATAM market and the FX industry? We're looking for a passionate Retention Agent to join our team in Athens!

Position Summary:

As a Retention Agent for the LATAM Desk, your primary role will be to engage and retain our valued clients within the LATAM region. You will utilize your expertise in the FX industry to provide excellent service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the LATAM market.
• Utilize your knowledge of the FX industry to address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Implement strategies to retain clients and minimize churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience.
• Provide proactive support and communication to clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the LATAM market.
• Previous experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
