Position: Retention Agent (Portuguese Speaking) for LATAM Market
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Salary: 2.200 + 1200 allowance
Are you fluent in Portuguese and passionate about customer service? We are seeking experienced Retention Agents to join our team in Cyprus. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with Portuguese-speaking customers to enhance customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer retention or account management role, preferably within the forex or capital markets industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both verbal and written) is essential.
