VoIP engineer

Responsibilities:

Manage and assign telephone numbers to users and is responsible for installation and routing of telephone numbers.

Manage and assign voicemail accounts to users.

Assist in the development of measurements to evaluate the adequacy of existing systems processes.

Researches statistical or case management data and observes and documents processes.

Requirements:

Experience minimum 1 year with telephony systems such as PBX, VoIP, and cloud-based solutions is mandatory.

Proven experience configuring custom contexts and dial plans

Experience with VoIP monitoring tools

Experience with SBC and VoIP security devices - advantage

Experience with Routers and Firewalls - advantage
