Position Title: Conversion and Retention Agent

Location: Serbia

Job Summary: The Conversion and Retention Agent will play a crucial role in engaging clients to enhance their experience, boost conversion rates, and improve customer retention. This position is essential for establishing long-term relationships with clients across the CA, AU, FR, and SE desks to ensure their needs are effectively met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Convert leads into customers through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine strategies for retention and conversion.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise effective retention campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide support during onboarding processes and facilitate seamless transitions for new clients.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, Swedish, and French (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
