Job Title: Conversion and Retention Agent
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Job Overview:
As a Conversion and Retention Agent, you will play a crucial role in boosting client engagement and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include converting leads into active clients and fostering long-term relationships with our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing clients to promote Forex products and services.
• Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to convert leads into paying customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client retention rates.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Forex products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the Forex industry or related financial markets.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to enter Bulgaria for a minimum of 90 days.

  Exceptions regarding minimum experience apply specifically to candidates who speak French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian, all of whom must also possess a good level of English to understand the training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with EU passports preferred.
• Experience in conversion and retention roles within the financial services industry is an advantage.
