Job Description

We are expanding our operations in Cyprus and are looking for experienced Conversion and Retention Teams (mixed but minimum 5) to join our growing organization.

We are hiring both individual professionals and complete, high-performing teams with proven experience in the Forex/CFD industry. If you have a strong track record in client acquisition, account management, and customer retention, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion or Retention Agent in the Forex/CFD industry
• Fluency in any EU language (native or professional level)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a proven sales and retention mindset
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
