ISRAELI RETENTION AGENT (ENGLISH)

We are looking for motivated, results-driven, and high-energy Israeli Retention Agents to join our growing team in Cyprus. In this role, you will be the driving force behind maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Retention: Manage and nurture portfolios of existing international clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Re-engage with clients, handle objections professionally, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Value Maximization: Educate clients on new features, upgrades, and offerings to drive upselling and account maximization.

Requirements

• Language Fluency: Native or professional-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in retention, account management, sales, or customer success is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills with a highly resilient and positive attitude.
• Work Ethic: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Ready for an immediate start.
