Position:
Urgent Hiring: German & French Conversion & Retention Agents

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and skilled Conversion & Retention Agents to join our dynamic team in Cyprus. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, converting leads, and maintaining long-term customer relationships in German and French markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, chats, and emails
• Convert inquiries into successful sales or account activations
• Retain customers through excellent service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or retention roles
• Fluent in German and French (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and work independently
• Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate (relocation at own expense)
