About the Opportunity

The Talent Hunter is looking for experienced French-speaking Conversion and Retention Agents who have previously worked in Turkey in the FX / Forex industry. We are interested in candidates who understand the pace, targets, and sales environment of an FX call centre and are ready to discuss their next opportunity.

Open Positions

• Conversion Agents: Work with prospective clients, follow up on leads, build rapport, and support conversion targets.
• Retention Agents: Manage existing client relationships, follow up proactively, address client concerns, and work toward retention and performance targets.

Requirements

• Fluent French, spoken and written.
• Previous experience working in Turkey.
• Previous experience in an FX / Forex company in a Conversion or Retention role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Target-driven, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced call-centre environment.
