Position: RETENTION AGENTS (IT, UK, SR, FR, DE) [BAR - MONTENEGRO)

We are a leading company in the hospitality industry, providing top-notch services to our guests in the beautiful country of Montenegro. We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as RETENTION AGENTS for our IT, UK, SR, FR, and DE markets.

As a RETENTION AGENT, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our relationship with our existing clients. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. Your main goal will be to retain our clients and increase their lifetime value with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively reach out to existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships

- Understand the needs and preferences of each client and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations

- Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner

- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to clients

- Meet and exceed retention targets set by the company

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Italian, Serbian, French, or German

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

- Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills

- Availability to work on a full-time, permanent basis in Montenegro
