Position: Retention Agent (English Desk)

Are you fluent in English and passionate about sales? We are seeking experienced Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in Cyprus. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with English speaking customers to improve customer retention.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Requirements:
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
Proven experience as Retention Agents is a must (Min 1 year)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
