Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Communicate with clients professionally via phone and online platforms
• Assist clients throughout their journey and provide excellent support
• Retain existing clients and maximize engagement
• Convert leads into active clients
• Achieve individual and team KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

Requirements

• Native or fluent in one of the required languages
• Previous experience in Retention, Conversion, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and motivated personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a professional attitude
