Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Position: Retention Agent – Australian Desk
Work Model: Office Based
Working Hours: 06:00 – 13:30

PACKAGE

• €3,000 Base Salary

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the FX industry – MUST
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Retention Agent – MUST
• Proven experience handling and retaining existing clients
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work with Australian clients and market dynamics
• Target-driven, professional and commercially minded
• Fluent English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
• Maximize client retention and trading activity
• Re-engage inactive clients and identify opportunities
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed individual retention and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company procedures
