Turkish-Speaking Conversion & Retention Agents

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
Employment: Full-time
Compensation: $2,000 base salary + 20% performance bonuses

We are seeking motivated Turkish-speaking professionals to join an international sales team. Both individual candidates and experienced teams are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Contact and engage Turkish-speaking leads and clients professionally.
• Convert qualified leads and support customer retention.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent Turkish; English communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Sales, conversion, retention or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Banking or financial-services experience is an advantage.
• Target-driven, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced team.
