About the Role:
The Retention / FTD Manager will lead a dedicated team of agents, ensuring client conversions, satisfaction, and long-term retention through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach retention/FTD agents
Ensure high conversion rates of FTDs
Analyze performance data and report to management
Build strong client relationships and ensure retention strategies are applied
Identify opportunities for growth and process improvements

Requirements:
Proven experience in Forex B2C retention/FTD sales
Leadership & mentoring abilities
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
