Retention / FTD Floor Manager

About the Role:
As a Floor Manager, you will lead and oversee the Retention / FTD sales floor, ensuring that daily operations, sales targets, and team performance are achieved at the highest level.

Fluent language skills depending on the office location:

• Mexico City, Mexico: Spanish & Portuguese
• Medellín, Colombia: Spanish
• Bogotá, Colombia: Spanish
• Ciudad del Este, Paraguay: Portuguese

Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate the sales floor team to meet KPIs
Drive daily performance and conversion rates
Provide training, mentoring & on-the-spot coaching
Monitor sales activities and implement improvement strategies
Collaborate with senior management on sales strategies

Requirements:
Languages: Spanish, Portuguese
Minimum 3+ years in Forex B2C Retention / FTD sales
Proven leadership in managing large sales teams
Excellent organizational & motivational skills
Strong results-driven mindset
