English Retention Agent – Dubai | South Africa (ZA) Market

Base Salary: $3,000 per month + performance incentives

Our client in Dubai is expanding their team and is urgently looking for an experienced English-speaking Retention Agent to work specifically with the South Africa (ZA) market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an existing portfolio of South African clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and maximize customer value.
• Conduct professional outbound calls and follow-ups with existing clients.
• Handle objections effectively and identify opportunities to increase client activity.
• Meet and exceed individual retention, revenue and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve team targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Retention Agent within the FX/Forex industry – mandatory.
• Strong experience working with the South Africa (ZA) market.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Proven retention and sales performance within an FX environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Highly target-driven, ambitious and commercially minded.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Own banking solution / payment solution is required.
• Own media / own traffic source is required.
