About the Role
Our client, a well-established international company with over 10 years of industry presence, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to join their growing team in Limassol.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing CRM activities, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting retention initiatives through effective campaign execution and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases.
- Create, schedule, and monitor CRM campaigns across various channels.
- Segment customer databases to improve targeting and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with Retention, Marketing, and Management teams to improve customer experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer lifecycle strategies and increase retention.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM platforms and customer segmentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
