ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is expanding and is urgently hiring experienced German-speaking Conversion & Retention Agents to join their growing team in Cyprus.

We are looking for ambitious, sales-driven professionals who can build strong client relationships, convert leads and maximise the value of existing clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with German-speaking clients and prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into active clients through professional sales techniques.
• Manage and retain existing client portfolios.
• Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for additional deposits and revenue.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activity in the CRM.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent/native-level German and good English.
• Previous Conversion and/or Retention experience, preferably within the FX industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven target-driven mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
• Professional, resilient and highly motivated personality.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
