We are a fast-growing organization in the Forex (FX) industry, committed to building high-performing teams across global markets. To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong FX industry knowledge to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically for FX-related roles.

• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for positions including Sales, Retention, Conversion, Compliance, Marketing, and Management.

• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry events.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.

• Negotiate offers, contracts, and manage the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Stay updated on FX industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment within the Forex/Fintech/Financial Services industry mandatory.

• Strong network and knowledge of FX roles (Conversion, Retention, Sales, Compliance, Marketing).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across international offices.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Target-driven, proactive, and resilient personality.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
