JOB OPPORTUNITY – RETENTION AGENTS (LATAM MARKETS)

Our client is expanding their international team in Mexico and is currently seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join their Retention Department.

Location:

Mexico

Open Positions:

• Retention Agent – Spanish (LATAM Market)
• Retention Agent – Portuguese Market

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Retention role within the FX industry.
• Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
• Native or fluent Spanish (for LATAM desk) or Portuguese (for Portuguese desk).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Increase client engagement and maximize retention opportunities.
• Identify clients' needs and provide suitable solutions based on their trading objectives.
• Promote company products, services, and ongoing campaigns.
• Meet and exceed individual performance targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
