Base Salary: €2,000 per month

Working Hours: 16:30 – 02:00

About the Role

Our client is expanding their team in Limassol and is looking for experienced English-speaking Conversion, Retention and Recovery Agents to join the Canada Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships across the Canadian market.
• Handle conversion, retention and recovery activities according to experience and team requirements.
• Re-engage inactive clients and maximize client value.
• Build trust and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Work toward individual and team KPIs and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Conversion, Retention or Recovery within the FX/financial services industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Results-driven, resilient and motivated to achieve targets.
• Ability to work evening/night hours for the Canadian market.
• Professional and target-oriented attitude.
