About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Spanish and Portuguese-Speaking Retention Team Leaders to join a growing and dynamic team in Cyprus. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar leadership role, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a retention team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the Retention Team on a daily basis
Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved
Train, motivate, and support retention agents
Develop strategies to improve client retention and customer satisfaction
Handle escalations and provide professional solutions
Analyze performance reports and implement improvements
Maintain high standards of communication and compliance
Work closely with management to achieve company targets

Requirements

Previous experience as a Retention Team Leader or similar position
Native or fluent Spanish or Portuguese speaker
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales/retention industry is considered a strong advantage
