Position: Swedish Retention Agents
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role is a must
Salary: USD $2000 - $2500 (T&Cs Apply)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Engage with Swedish-speaking clients to retain their business
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records
• Collaborate with team members to improve retention rates

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retention role
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
