About the Role

Our client is expanding their operations in Serbia and is looking for experienced English Retention Agents with a proven track record in the FX industry, specifically handling the UK Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and retain existing UK-based clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication.
• Maximize client activity and lifetime value.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable trading solutions.
• Achieve retention and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Retention experience in the FX industry
Previous experience working with the UK Market is mandatory
Fluent or Native English speaker
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and results-oriented
CRM experience is an advantage
